The working principle
The spring constant force support hanger is designed according to the principle of torque balance.It relies on the delicate geometric design, so that load torque and spring torque in the work process always balance, to maintain a constant supporting force, can eliminate or reduce the additional stress on the pipeline or equipment.

Manufacturing technical requirements
1. The products shall be manufactured in accordance with the approved drawings and technologies.
2. The material grade adopted by the product shall meet the requirements of the drawing, the material shall meet the standards, and there shall be a warranty.
3. The deviation of spring stiffness shall be ±10%.
4. In the free state, the perpendicularity of the spring axis to both ends shall not exceed 2.5% of the free height.
5. The deviation of spring free height is ±2% of spring free height.
6. For parts requiring heat treatment, the hardness value shall comply with the drawing.
7. The product shall be locked out of the factory according to the displacement direction required by the order.
8. Welds and welds shall comply with the specification of drawings and technical documents.
9. No cracks, slag inclusion, pores, arc pits and bite edges more than 0.5mm deep shall be allowed on the surface of the weld.
